CSz Portland operates the Portland Comedy Theater, presenting family-friendly ComedySportz matches alongside late-night and specialty improv shows. Founded in 1993 by Ruth Jenkins and Patrick Short, the troupe has performed every weekend since May 1993 and transitioned leadership to Rick Steadman on January 1, 2025. The theater occupies a 1940s Pietro Belluschi–designed former printing building under the Pearl District Ace Hardware, walkable to dining and bars in Nob Hill and downtown.
