KC Craine and Tin Compass

KC Craine is a Portland-based fingerstyle guitarist, singer-songwriter, and producer whose music blends folk, country, soul, and acoustic Americana. Known for intricate guitar work, reflective lyrics, and warmly melodic songwriting, Craine creates music that feels personal, hopeful, and deeply connected to the Pacific Northwest.

Craine first gained recognition as the leader of the San Francisco band KC Craine and the Conditions, sharing stages with artists including Huey Lewis and the News, Jefferson Starship, and Eddie Money. His original compositions have since appeared in national television and film, including the Warner Bros. series Smallville, and he was named a finalist in the 2019 Great American Song Contest. Today, he performs both as a solo artist and as the creative force behind Tin Compass, bringing decades of experience and genuine storytelling to every performance.
