The Social Stomach is a voice-and-drums duo formed by Diana Oropeza and TJ Thompson in Portland, Oregon. They emerged from the city’s DIY/experimental scene and have self-released recordings and splits (listed on their Bandcamp) while playing local venues and festivals since at least 2017. Their work intersects experimental/noise and post-punk performance approaches.
