Formed in 2001, the group released their self-titled debut in 2008 which reached number one in Ireland and the UK and produced international singles such as "The Man Who Can't Be Moved" and "Breakeven". They have sold millions of records worldwide, won multiple awards (including Meteor Ireland Music Awards and World Music Awards), and continued touring internationally; guitarist Mark Sheehan died in April 2023.
